1. Services

DigitizeTV provides digital menu board design, digital signage management, and related services for businesses.

Our services may include:

Menu board design and layout
Content updates and revisions
Digital signage software setup and management
Ongoing support related to digital menu content

2. Scope of Support

DigitizeTV provides support only for digital signage content and management.

We do not provide support for:

Television hardware
Internet connectivity
Network issues
Third-party hardware malfunctions

Clients are responsible for maintaining working hardware and internet connections.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All services are billed in advance on a monthly basis
Clients agree to maintain a valid payment method on file
Payments may be processed via credit card or ACH

Failed Payments:

A $25 fee may be applied for failed or declined payments
Services may be paused until payment is resolved

4. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees cover:

Initial design
System configuration
Onboarding and consultation

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Revisions & Additional Work

Your subscription includes routine updates such as:

Price changes
Item additions/removals

Additional work may incur extra charges, including:

Full redesigns
Layout changes
Multi-zone screen configurations
Branding or theme overhauls

We will always communicate and approve additional costs before proceeding.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Review and approve designs promptly
Maintain active communication
Ensure proper hardware and internet setup

7. Intellectual Property

All designs created by DigitizeTV remain our intellectual property.

Clients receive a license to use final delivered content for their business.

We do not provide editable source files (such as AI, PSD, or working design files).

8. Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice.
Client is responsible for any outstanding balance due.

9. Limitation of Liability

DigitizeTV is not liable for:

Lost revenue or business interruption
Hardware or internet failures
Third-party software issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior billing period.

10. Third-Party Services

We may utilize third-party platforms (e.g., signage software, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages or issues related to these providers.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
